My name is Monir, and I have direct, hands-on experience in designing and building Formula 1 helmets. In my previous projects, I personally managed all stages of helmet design—from conceptual sketches to final production—using SolidWorks for 3D modeling, simulations, and component optimization. Some of the work I focus on includes: • Understanding project requirements and defining technical specifications with attention to safety and aerodynamics • Creating initial helmet concepts and refining them into detailed designs • Accurate 3D modeling and simulations in SolidWorks • Testing strength, dynamics, and airflow using SolidWorks Simulation • Optimizing both internal and external components for weight reduction and driver comfort • Preparing production files and collaborating closely with the engineering team • Improving designs iteratively based on test results and quality standards Through this hands-on experience, I have developed the ability to create helmets that are safe, lightweight, and ready for professional use.
