Designed and developed a complete 4-cylinder 4-stroke engine model using SolidWorks, based on real-world dimensions and mechanical principles.
Created detailed 3D parts and assemblies including piston, crankshaft, connecting rod, cylinder block, and valve mechanism with proper constraints and motion understanding.
The model focuses on accurate assembly structure, component interaction, and realistic representation of engine working.
Deliverables include full 3D CAD models, assembly files, detailed engineering drawings, and BOM for manufacturing reference.
