Designed and developed a complete Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, mechanical assembly, sheet metal and machined components, hydraulic component integration, and detailed manufacturing documentation. The project includes an electric motor, hydraulic gear pump, reservoir tank, flexible coupling, bell housing, directional control valve, manifold block, filtration system, hydraulic hoses and fittings, and custom mounting components. Deliverables include detailed 3D models, assembly design, exploded views, BOM, manufacturing drawings, and production-ready documentation for machined, welded, and sheet metal components. Design considerations included manufacturability, component accessibility, assembly efficiency, maintenance, and practical hydraulic system layout.
