Hydraulic Lift & Tilt Carriage Assembly – SolidWorks

Industrial hydraulic lift and tilt carriage assembly designed in SolidWorks for a material-handling application. The assembly uses a fabricated structural steel base, guided vertical carriage, pivoting unload arm, pillow-block supported pivot shaft, and hydraulic actuation to provide controlled lifting and tilting motion. The design was developed as a complete mechanical assembly with multiple operating positions evaluated for motion, clearance, component placement, and manufacturability. The system incorporates two hydraulic cylinders to produce staged movement of the carriage and pivoting top assembly.
