Horse Toy - Reverse Engineering From Scan Data

Reverse Engineering – 3D Horse Model This project demonstrates my reverse engineering workflow for creating a production-ready 3D model from a reference object. Starting with reference images, I analyzed the overall proportions, silhouette, and key anatomical features to accurately recreate the horse in a clean digital format. The model was sculpted in ZBrush, focusing on smooth topology, balanced proportions, and refined surface details while maintaining the original character of the reference. Throughout the process, I ensured the geometry was optimized for further CAD refinement, 3D printing, or manufacturing applications. Skills Demonstrated: Reverse Engineering from Reference Digital Sculpting (ZBrush) Organic Modeling Form & Proportion Analysis 3D Printing Ready Model Preparation Product Visualization This project showcases my ability to transform physical concepts or reference images into accurate, high-quality 3D models suitable for product development, collectibles, toy design, and manufacturing.
