Horizontal Band Saw – Mechanical Design Complete mechanical design of a horizontal band saw for timber cutting. Includes frame, 500 mm wheels, 30 mm shaft with M30×1.5 thread, SPB V-belt drive system with interchangeable pulleys for 20–30 m/s blade speed, and 6206 bearings. Designed in CATIA V5 with 2D manufacturing drawings and DFM/DFA considerations.
