Hinge Inspection Gage for Angle & Force Verification

Designed and modeled a custom inspection gage for quality control of household appliance hinges. The fixture enables inspectors to verify the hinge opening angle and operating force during functional testing. Angle markings were laser engraved on the plate for clear measurement, while a spring force gauge is used to confirm that the required operating force meets the specification. The design provides a simple, repeatable, and efficient inspection process on the production floor. show video for more details.
