Design Philosophy: Simplicity is King.This project demonstrates an optimized standard 3D milling toolpath for hard metal slotting (SUS304/SUS316/Titanium).Why avoid over-using iMachining here?While iMachining is popular, it often introduces excessive retracts, complex micro-movements, and massive code lines that can significantly increase the actual cycle time on specific hard-material geometries.By focusing on clean, straightforward, and robust classic toolpaths, I successfully minimized air-cutting, reduced cycle times, and protected tool life—ensuring a faster, safer, and more cost-effective machining process for the workshop.
