HIFU & RF System – Console and Handpiece Industrial Design

For ABBAS Co., Ltd., I designed the HIFU & RF lifting system, including both the main console and treatment handpieces. Scope of work: - Defined the overall packaging architecture and proportions for the console - Organized the HMI layout, handpiece docking, and cable routing - Repackaged the HIFU and RF handpieces around existing cores - Redesigned handle ergonomics, trigger position, and housing splits - Created section and interface views to clearly communicate intent to engineering and clinical teams - Structured the design package to be production-oriented (split-lines, draft considerations, assembly strategy) The result is a cohesive system with consistent design language, ergonomic handpieces, and a clear path from design to engineering implementation.
