Heavy-Duty Textile Waste Recycling (Tearing) Machine

Developed the mechanical design for a textile tearing machine used to recycle fabric waste into fibers. The design featured a high-torque transmission system, dynamically balanced spiked cylinders, and a heavy-duty frame to withstand vibration and operational loads. I also integrated a dust extraction interface for operator safety.
