Heavy-Duty Jack Housing – Structural Design & FEA Validation

Designed a heavy-duty jack housing assembly for oil & gas application requiring high structural integrity under load. Performed finite element stress analysis (von Mises) to validate structural performance and identify stress concentration zones prior to fabrication. Deliverables: • Full 3D assembly model • Sectioned technical drawings • Stress analysis results • Production-ready manufacturing drawings The final design ensured durability, safety, and compliance with operational load requirements.
