Generative Design Quadcopter Frame (Fusion 360)

Lightweight quadcopter frame created with Fusion 360’s generative design workflow. I defined the setup: preserved geometry for the motor mounts and canopy area, loads and constraints, material, and manufacturing method. I then evaluated the AI-generated outcomes and refined the chosen design into a clean, printable model. The result is an organic, weight-optimized structure with the strength-to-weight advantages that generative design is known for. Available for generative design, lightweight part design, and product design work in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
