Geeley House 3rd Proposal

Wrapping up the 3-part design proposal series for the Geeley House with Option 3. For this final layout iteration, the focus shifts to a cleaner, wide-open deck configuration that maximizes the entertaining space while emphasizing a massive water feature wall. Here is how the spatial design balances out in Option 3: 1.The Rain Curtain Feature Wall: A large, modern stone structure at the pool's edge that creates a dramatic rain curtain waterfall, serving as the main visual anchor for the yard. 2.The Open-Concept Pool Deck: By keeping the pool perimeter clear of heavy structures, we opened up space for a linear row of four sun loungers, flanked by the central fire pit zone. 3.The Lounging & Dining Layout: The timber pergola keeps its placement to shade the custom hanging daybeds, while a secondary casual outdoor sofa set handles seating in the background. I utilized Structure Studios (Vip3D) to model this final option, which was especially helpful for analyzing how the massive rain curtain wall frames the background forest view without completely blocking out natural light. That concludes the three distinct directions for the Geeley House!
