Full Reverse Engineering & Modernization: Gantry Crane Infrastructure (I&C Integration)

This project represents a high-stakes reconstruction of a gantry crane's entire upper structure, performed under extreme data constraints. Total Reverse Engineering: 100% reconstruction of the machine room and operator cabin based on low-quality archival vellum copies (photocopies). System Adaptation: Integrated modern Control & Instrumentation (I&C) equipment into the original 1970s/80s framework. Full Automation Routing: Designed complete conduit networks and electrical mounting points for contemporary automation systems. Precision Documentation: Delivered a full set of manufacturing-ready assembly drawings (SB) created from scratch in SolidWorks.
