Full-Arch All-on-X — Zirconia over Milled Titanium Bar

Upper full-arch zirconia structure designed in Exocad, supported by a milled titanium bar screw-retained on a multi-unit platform. Six screw channels aligned to the implant positions, with the zirconia designed for passive fit over the bar and checked in occlusion against the opposing arch.
