FRAME ASSEMBLY DRAWING FOR A TRAILERSCREEN

This project originated from Australia where the company needed complete manufacturing drawings for a mob ile trailer- mounted screen assembly that would carry screen panels under both static load and dynamic road conditions. I built an accurate 3D frame in CAD, detailed every component, and produced an exploded view with a full parts list ready for fabrication. Steel rectangular hollow sections were used for their strength-to-weight ratio and weldability. Welded connections were specified throughout to eliminate joint movement under the combined loading conditions the structure would experience in transport. Every joint was designed with weld access in mind. The work was completed in one week and The drawings went straight into production and the trailer screen was successfully manufactured.
