Self-initiated CAD portfolio study of a formula-style steering wheel with 11 mechanical push buttons, built in FreeCAD. - Full assembly: housing, split grips, spring cup carrier and guided button modules. - 19 STL exports and 9 arranged 3MF build plates prepared for FDM printing. - Digital checks of fit, tray insertion, button motion and tool access, plus a PrusaSlicer review. - Illustrated assembly guide and technical drawing package. Digital prototype: it has not been physically printed or tested.
