Fixed-Wing UAV Design and Prototype Development

Complete development of a fixed-wing UAV from initial concept to a flight-ready prototype. The project included aerodynamic layout, airframe design, detailed 3D CAD modeling in Autodesk Fusion 360, structural development, preparation for manufacturing, assembly, prototyping, and flight testing. The aircraft was designed with removable wing panels, composite and 3D-printed components, internal equipment integration, and practical access for maintenance and assembly. My contribution covered the full engineering cycle: concept development, CAD design, manufacturing preparation, prototype assembly, testing, and design improvement.
