Fitness Equipment (Fabrication, Plastic Design for all parts)

It was a big project and required multiple material parts to fit together ranging from mild steel, different kind of plastics, rubber, wood, fiber sheets, polycarbonate etc. Challenge was to put then together for perfect finish and bio mechanic product that user will love. Solidwork and catia was used in design. I was lucky enough that I got to design and develop everything from frame, to mechanisms, to plastic parts, to final screw myself.
