Filter Tuning Cover Screw and Nut Fastening Machine

Designed a fully automatic screw and nut fastening machine for filter tuning covers. The machine integrates cover positioning, automatic nut feeding, screw feeding, screw orientation detection, air-blow screw delivery, screw fastening, and nut tightening into one automated system. The screw fastening height can be set by parameters, allowing the machine to handle different cover sizes and screw lengths. This design improved fastening efficiency, reduced manual operation, and increased flexibility for product changeovers.
