Fiber Laser Machine Frames and Fabrication Fixtures

My welded machine-frame and fabrication-fixture designs for fiber-laser equipment. I developed the CAD structures in SolidWorks and manufactured my own machines, linking the digital model to practical fabrication and assembly work. The scope includes structural layout, fixture planning, gantry-support interfaces and manufacturing considerations such as thermal stress relief/aging.
