Fender Mini | Bicycle Fender & Light Mount Prototype

Personal bicycle project: a compact front fender with an integrated mounting area for a bicycle light. My contribution: CAD design in Shapr3D, development of the part geometry, FDM prototyping and physical fitting to the bicycle fork. The gallery contains real photographs of the printed prototype positioned on the bicycle, shown from the front and side with the light mounted. They document the physical prototype and its placement. Skills demonstrated: functional part design, integration around existing components, FDM prototyping, assembly and fit checks.
