LPG storage tanks are designed to store liquefied petroleum gas for domestic or industrial use, for which the gas inside the vessel must be in a liquid state. Petroleum gas is stored in a liquid state if the container is pressurized. A linear static analysis was performed to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank under ASME VIII Div 2.
