# Exhaust Manifold 3D & 2D Modeling ## Project Description The exhaust manifold is a critical component that collects exhaust gases from multiple cylinders into one pipe. In this project, I create both detailed 3D models and accurate 2D drawings for manufacturing and analysis. ## Workflow Highlights *3D modeling* starts with import of cylinder head geometry and _progresses through routing and manifold design_. **2D drafting** includes creation of all necessary views and __dimensioning for fabrication__. ## Key Steps - Import cylinder head interface geometry - Sketch runner paths and merge points in 3D - Generate solid manifold body with fillets and wall thickness - Create 2D drawing views (front, side, top, isometric) - Add dimensions, tolerances, and section views ## Deliverables - Fully parameterized Autodesk Inventor/Fusion 360 3D model - Detailed 2D drawing set in DWG/PDF format - Bill of materials and cut-list
