3D Modeling, Surfacing & Mold Analysis Projects Cosmetic Surfacing: Engineered complex bottle packaging using SolidWorks surface features to match reference images and exact capacity requirements (150 ml). Moldability Analysis: Performed draft angle, parting line, and wall thickness evaluations for plastic injection. Mechanical Design: Generated shop-ready sheet metal and fixture packages with detailed BOMs.
