A round 4-layer PCB, 42.9 mm across, for a health smartwatch. ESP32-S3-MINI-1 with a MAXM86161 heart-rate/SpO2 sensor, MAX30208 skin temperature and BMI270 IMU; BQ25180 LiPo charger with power path, MAX17048 fuel gauge and TPS63802 buck-boost; DRV2605L haptics and USB with ESD protection. Sensor and display I2C buses kept apart, solid inner ground planes, routed to JLCPCB 4-layer rules with 0 DRC errors. Enclosure and strap modelled in Blender, STL files ready for 3D printing.
