ESP32-Based Industrial Gas Control & IoT Interface PCB

Designed an ESP32-based industrial gas control and monitoring PCB for interfacing with analog control signals in an industrial system. The board receives analog commands from the external system, converts them into digital data for processing by the ESP32, and then generates the required analog output signals back to the system. The design also supports IoT connectivity for remote monitoring, data logging, and system status reporting. My work covered system architecture, analog signal conditioning, ADC/DAC interfacing, ESP32 integration, power-supply design, PCB layout, communication interfaces, firmware integration, testing, debugging, and manufacturing preparation. Key work included: ESP32-based industrial controller Analog input signal conditioning ADC signal conversion Digital processing and control Analog output generation IoT connectivity and remote monitoring Mixed-signal PCB design Power regulation and protection Industrial interface design Hardware testing and validation DFM review and manufacturing files
