Self-initiated documentation audit. Compared a one-page electrical drawing with a sample equipment list, preserving references and equipment tags. The register records two confirmed discrepancies: starter quantity and a missing pilot light. A protective-device rating is marked for clarification rather than called an error without evidence. Output is an auditable review report and discrepancy table. No client data; demonstration only.
