I worked on the design and modeling of industrial heat recovery systems composed of economizers and a superheater, developed with different structural configurations.
The project includes two main configurations:
A single-level economizer system (images 1 & 2)
A multi-level system combining economizers and a superheater at the upper stage (images 3 & 4)
My responsibilities included:
Thermal calculations for system performance and efficiency
Mechanical design and steel structure detailing
3D modeling using Autodesk Advance Steel
Preparation of general arrangement drawings
Development of detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturing
The final deliverables ensure high accuracy, structural integrity, and full readiness for industrial fabrication and on-site installation.
