E-Scooter Hub: Assembly Drawings

A university project: a front wheel hub, designed and drawn from scratch. It has a custom M12 axle, split rims, a bearing spacer, sealed bearings and a disc rotor mount. Most of the engineering is in the bearing fits. The rotating outer ring has a Ø28 N7 interference fit. The stationary inner ring has a Ø12 h6 slide fit and is clamped, so no preload runs through the balls. You get: an assembly drawing with an exploded view and parts list, plus four toleranced part drawings ready for a machinist.
