E-Bike Design

I performed in-depth design and analysis for a high-performance Electric Bike (e-bike), successfully leading a 20-member technical team from initial concept through final fabrication. Key responsibilities included advanced engineering calculations for structural integrity, power requirements, and thermal management. A core objective was weight optimization, where I directed design iterations and material selection that resulted in a 15% reduction in overall mass compared to initial specifications. Furthermore, I managed the critical integration of the battery management system and drivetrain components, ensuring optimized packaging, efficient power transfer, and longevity. This comprehensive project involved CAD modeling, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for structural validation, and meticulous oversight of the fabrication process, all while serving as the primary team manager and technical lead.
