Dynamo & Python BIM Automation Tools

Two BIM data-automation tools built with Dynamo and Python during a 65-hour BIM Programming training (Editeca), designed to remove manual, error-prone tagging work from Revit MEP projects. Junction Box Tagger: automatically identifies untagged junction boxes in the model and applies sequential tags/numbering based on system and location parameters, replacing a manual process prone to duplicates and skipped elements. Device Tagger: automates rule-based device coding and tagging across MEP families, validating each element's parameters against project standards and flagging missing or out-of-range values before they reach coordination review. Both scripts are part of a broader QA/QC automation workflow I use to keep large MEP models consistent and audit-ready.
