Dune Screen: 40 Laser-Cut Fins, Tab-and-Pin Fixing

A free-standing 3480 x 2790 mm screen of 40 unique bronze-anodised aluminium fins whose depth and angle follow a dune field. Fin outlines, tabs and pin holes are drawn as SVG paths, and Rhino extrudes every part from them. Deliverables: Rhino model and STEP, 3 A3 drawings (arrangement, fin profiles, schedule and nesting), laser DXF for the fins and the rail plates, fixing detail, weights (fins 297 kg, frame 142 kg).
