Designed a flight-ready quadcopter that folds into a pocketable footprint without losing rigidity. Modeled the full assembly in SolidWorks: fuselage, four folding arms, motor housings, and propeller integration, solving hinge kinematics and component clearances so the arms lock solid in flight and stow flush. Delivered: parametric CAD assembly, folding mechanism, product renders.
