DMG MORI LASERTEC 65 DED Hybrid System Integration (DED + CNC)

Supported the mechanical integration and digital-twin validation of the LASERTEC 65 DED Hybrid system, combining additive Directed Energy Deposition (DED) with 5-axis CNC machining. Conducted coupled thermal–structural FEA to evaluate deformation and optimize synchronization of additive and subtractive toolpaths. Developed and implemented predictive-maintenance models using machine data from the CELOS® platform, improving system reliability and reducing downtime. Contributed to mechatronic integration for enhanced performance.
