DIY CNC & Prototype Fabrication

Our independent Philippine lab supports robotics prototype work from CAD through fabrication, fit-up and assembly. The first image shows our DIY CNC working on a wooden test piece. The second shows a component and workholding setup at the drill press. These are in-house capability demonstrations. I can help with CAD, custom fixtures, mounts, brackets and prototype part modifications. Materials, dimensions, tolerances and acceptance checks are agreed before quoting.
