Diode Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine

I designed a compact diode laser cutting and engraving machine for precision cutting of wood, acrylic, and plastic materials. The goal was to create a cost-effective, modular, and easy-to-assemble system for small workshops and makers. The design included the mechanical frame, linear motion system, and laser module integration using Fusion 360. Special focus was given to heat management, structural rigidity, and component accessibility. The final prototype achieved accurate and stable cutting performance with clean edge quality.
