Design of a 54- unit Residential Complex
Given the design constraints imposed by the client, our two- person team faced significant challenges, including the optimal placement of stairwells and the precise determination of unit sizes. Ultimately, the final design was approved, featuring the following characteristics:
- The design of residential units with varying square footage and numbers of rooms provides a wide range of choices for buyers.
- The incorporation of indigenous elements into the façade design in a modern manner, along with the use of large windows for enhanced natural lighting within the units.
