CYCTRON INFINI X1 | Connected e-Bike Product Innovation

CYCTRON INFINI X1 is a connected e-bike product that brings industrial design, an intelligent handlebar system, lighting, camera, display, mobile experience and ride-data services into one coherent architecture. As Co-Founder and CPO, I led product strategy, user research, industrial design, UX/UI, CMF and cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain and brand. The project demonstrates how product definition, system thinking and China-based development leadership can turn a hardware opportunity into a coherent product direction.
