CYC A52L Battery Enclosure | Shapr3D CAD Design

Personal project: a custom enclosure designed specifically for the CYC Motor A52L e-bike battery. CYC Motor manufactures the battery; the enclosure is my own design. My contribution: Shapr3D CAD modeling of the multi-part housing, panel geometry and assembly interfaces, developed for FDM prototyping and integration into a bicycle. The gallery shows CAD design version 1.1, including overall and angled views. These are CAD images, documenting the design geometry rather than a finished manufactured product. Skills demonstrated: functional enclosure design, CAD modeling and preparation of parts for physical prototyping.
