Custom Steel-and-Wood Straight Staircase | Factory Trial Assembly

I created the 3D model and DWG drawings for this custom straight-run staircase. Its main stringer is specified as 150 × 150 × 6 mm carbon steel, with 10 mm carbon-steel tread supports; both have an oven-baked painted finish. The design also includes 70 mm red-oak multi-ply wood treads, a single-sided balustrade of 12 mm tempered glass, a 50 mm-diameter side-mounted 304 stainless-steel handrail, and integrated LED strip lighting. The photo shows the staircase trial-assembled at the factory, allowing the frame, glass, handrail and lighting to be viewed together before final installation.
