Custom Halo Ring: 3D CAD model for Production

Engineered a comprehensive 3D CAD modeling project of a vintage-inspired halo ring featuring intricate filigree work, milgrain detailing, and a multi-stone diamond setting. The main goal was to e embedding modern manufacturing standards. The primary challenge was calculating the exact wall thicknesses for the delicate wirework scrolls and milgrain beads to ensure they remain crisp and structurally sound after investment casting and polishing. By utilizing precise parametric curves and optimized gem-distribution tools, I delivered a production-ready model with perfectly proportioned seatings and integrated light holes for maximum brilliance.
