Custom Full-Face Racing Helmet – CAD Surface Modeling & Product Visualization

This project showcases a custom full-face racing helmet developed as a high-quality CAD modeling and product visualization exercise. The objective was to create a sleek, aerodynamic helmet featuring smooth Class-A style surfaces while maintaining realistic engineering details suitable for motorsport and professional racing applications. The helmet incorporates a streamlined shell profile designed to reduce aerodynamic drag and improve visual appeal. Detailed components include a transparent racing visor with side pivot mechanism, integrated air intake and exhaust ventilation, chin vent, visor locking area, mounting hardware, and a sculpted lower shell. Careful attention was given to surface continuity, edge transitions, proportional balance, and manufacturable geometry to achieve a clean and production-inspired appearance. The CAD model was created with an emphasis on precision, symmetry, and realistic part separation. Every visible feature was modeled individually to enhance both visual quality and engineering accuracy. High-resolution renders were produced using a clean white studio background to present the design in a professional product-development style.
