Custom Electric Café Racer Fat Bike – 3D CAD Frame Design | Autodesk Fusion 360

## Project Description This project showcases the complete Stage 1 CAD development of a custom electric café racer-style fat bike designed in Autodesk Fusion 360. The objective was to create a unique, motorcycle-inspired electric fat bike frame that combines premium styling with practical engineering and manufacturable construction. The frame was developed around 26 × 4.8-inch fat bike wheels with a rigid rear frame structure, eliminating the need for a rear swingarm. A standard fat bike fork with a triple-clamp front end and a standard head tube were incorporated to ensure compatibility with commonly available bicycle components. The design includes a mid-drive motor mounting area near the crankset, while the fuel tank section is reserved for future battery integration. Since the motor and battery were not finalized during this stage, the frame was engineered with sufficient packaging space for future component selection. The geometry was carefully planned to provide a balanced riding position, stable handling, and the distinctive proportions of a modern café racer. The entire design emphasizes structural strength, simplicity, ease of fabrication, and cost-effective manufacturing. ### Scope of Work Complete frame geometry design Structural frame modeling 3D CAD modeling in Autodesk Fusion 360 Basic assembly of the frame Manufacturable frame concept High-quality rendered views from multiple angles
