Custom Click Mechanism

Custom snap-fit click mechanism built into a compact body. The guide tolerance is 0.1 mm so it holds up to constant use, the body prints upright with no supports, and it uses 3 colors at most to keep print time down. Shown: side profile with compact actuator travel and clean layer finish.
