Custom Aluminum Electronics Enclosure with Passive Cooling

A custom aluminum enclosure designed for an electronic security and monitoring device. The enclosure was developed as a complete SolidWorks assembly consisting of separate front and rear panels, top and bottom covers, heat-sink side plates, corner supports, and aluminum feet. The design incorporates extensive ventilation, passive heat dissipation, a front display opening, branding details, and accurately positioned cutouts for power, network, USB, and other electronic connections. The project included component modeling, enclosure assembly, connector-layout development, technical drawing preparation, and photorealistic product visualization.
