Custom Addressable LED Strips for Enclosure Integration

Challenge: Off-the-shelf LED strips were the wrong width, wrong pitch, and lacked mounting holes for the enclosure. Custom dimensions and individually addressable pixels required. Solution: Custom PCB strips with dual rows of WS2812B-compatible addressable LEDs. White solder mask for maximum light reflection off the board surface. The mounting hole pattern matches the enclosure exactly, so the strips drop in without adapter brackets. A buffer IC maintains data signal integrity along the strip. Results: Clean installation: the strips fit the enclosure exactly because they were designed for it.
