Creative Headphone Design

This was a personal project of mine that I was inspired to create in order to challenge myself and improve my Solidworks techniques. Some of the design considerations I had for this project were: compatibility with 3rd party components, stack tolerance, reduction of natural frequencies of the headphone housing. After the design specifics had been refined, I used a Dimension Elite FDM printer to print most of the pieces and I assembled them as shown in project images. Here is a link to an acoustical analysis done on a simplified model of this project: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1qhjumnRGi3f0zti2GZzh_T0YCyyfNqRMR5af_DMWa3A/edit?usp=sharing *Note* I do not have access to Abaqus modeling software anymore, the above link is merely exemplary of previous analysis I have performed in the past.
