Overview This project involved creating a detailed isometric 3D visualization of a residential floor plan for real estate presentation and client communication. The goal was to present the layout in a clear, visually appealing manner while maintaining a realistic and inviting look. Goals The primary objective was to ensure clarity of spatial layout while enhancing visual appeal through clean lighting, balanced materials, and a cohesive color palette. The visualization needed to be suitable for both client understanding and marketing purposes. Challenges One of the key challenges was maintaining readability in an isometric view while still achieving a sense of realism. Balancing lighting, materials, and composition without cluttering the scene required careful iteration. Additionally, aligning the output with the client’s expectations through multiple revisions was an important aspect of the process. Solutions I worked closely with the client using their provided references and requirements, iterating on layout, materials, and lighting to refine the final result. The collaboration was smooth, with clear communication and structured revisions that helped achieve a polished and presentation-ready output.
