Cordless Power Tool Enclosure – Mechanical Design

Mechanical design and CAD development of a custom cordless power tool enclosure. The project included the design of the external housing, internal component placement, mounting features and assembly considerations. The enclosure was designed in SolidWorks with attention to manufacturability, ergonomics, component integration and prototyping.
